The shoe can be worn two ways with two adjustable and removable heel straps; "Trail" for lifestyle and outdoor use and strapless for "Free" wear. Salehe has offered the Pollex mold as a canvas for artist and friend, Nina Chanel Abney, to reimagine into wearable work of art. Abney produces a playful abstraction of black and white prints-mixing and matching a loosely drawn panel of faces on one shoe, paired with a bold checker print on the other. Pastel pink colors the underfoot sole and outsole pods for bright contrast against the greyscale palette. A glow finish adds a luminescent layer of green for an unexpected pop of color in the dark. Nina's signature is embroidered into a tag on the ankle strap, definitively making her mark on this one-of-a-kind clog.
